“JASM” is an editorial project that pays tribute to the roots of jazz through a DIY lens. Inspired by 1970s fanzines, it embraces a raw, photocopied aesthetic with a tall, narrow format and rhythmic layouts.
The magazine merges bold typography with halftone textures to reflect the improvisational spirit of jazz. Every spread is loud, messy, and expressive — just like jazz itself. This project is not only a celebration of jazz history but also a contemporary reinterpretation of editorial design.
