A campaign for MSCHF’s Global Supply Chain Handbag, assembled across four countries with parts from Hermès, Dior, Balenciaga, and Céline.

The project shifts focus from brand to artisans in Peru, Portugal, India, and China, with visuals inspired by stamps, stitching, and textures. Posters, social media, a website, and an activation event celebrate global collaboration and reframe luxury as human craft.

Hand to Hand is a campaign for MSCHF’s Global Supply Chain Handbag, assembled across four countries with elements from Hermès, Dior, Balenciaga, and Céline. Crafted in Peru, Portugal, India, and China, the bag carries both global collaboration and the imprint of its artisans.

 

The campaign celebrates the hands behind production with visuals inspired by stamps, stitching, and handmade textures. Posters, billboards, social media, a website, and an activation event highlighted artisan stories and invited audiences to engage through workshops and interactive experiences.

 

By shifting focus from brand to maker, Hand to Hand reframes luxury as a celebration of labor, culture, and creativity.
